Bermuda Police Investigate Stabbing Incident, Seek Public Assistance

Around 1:05 a.m. on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023, police were dispatched to a residence on East Shore Road, Sandys Parish, following a report of a male prowler.

Upon arrival at the location, officers found a 39-year-old male with multiple stab wounds about the body.

He was conscious and breathing.

Emergency Services were immediately notified. EMTs attended and conveyed the injured man via ambulance to King Edward Hospital, where at last check, he continued to receive treatment for his injuries.

It is believed the victim may have sustained his injuries at another location and was seeking to avoid his attackers when he was seen by residents of East Shore Road who thought he was a prowler and called police.
