Cold Case Appeal Jason Mello Murder
Seven years ago on Friday 19th August 2016, Jason MELLO was fatally shot, whilst on Bandroom Lane, Pembroke. The gunman is believed to have entered Bandroom Lane, wearing a full face visor helmet and heavy dark coloured winter clothing that would have been unusual on a hot August evening.
The gunman is believed to parked the cycle higher up on Bandroom Lane, and walked down to where he shot Mr. MELLO several times. The gunman then returned to his parked motorcycle and rode back out through the St. Monica’s Road area.
The Bermuda Police Service is once again appealing to members of the public who may have any information on this matter, “No matter how insignificant it may seem” to please come forward and provide that information to us. Please help us provide closure to Mr. MELLO’S family and to bring those responsible for his death to justice.
