Detectives Renew Appeal Regarding 2017 Murder of Jahcari Francis

Last Saturday marked eight years since the murder of 20-year-old Jahcari Francis.

Detectives of the Serious Crime Unit continue to investigate the murder of Mr. Francis, who was fatally shot whilst inside a residence on Upland Street, Devonshire, around 10:40pm on Wednesday, 19th July 2017.

Investigators are renewing their appeal for relevant information in relation to this matter.

We are particularly keen to hear from area residents who may have seen any suspicious individuals, or vehicles in the area of Upland Street, Devonshire prior to, or after, this crime was committed.

Community involvement is still crucial to bringing the perpetrators of this murder to justice.

All information received will be treated in the strictest confidence. Every detail could help bring justice and closure to the family of Mr. Francis and our community.
