Firearm and Ammunition Recovered

Shortly after 12:30 a.m. on Monday, March 4, 2023, police officers were on mobile patrol along Park Lane Pembroke, when they approached a small group of people gathered in the area.

Upon seeing the officers, a male member of the group ran off and dropped a number of items as he fled.

Officers recovered the items, which included a firearm and a quantity of ammunition.

The subject was subsequently arrested after he was discovered hiding at a nearby residence.

An investigation into this matter is now underway.
