22-Year-old Man Shot & Injured Near Somers Garden, St. George’s

Around 2:45 pm Tuesday, March 30th a firearm incident occurred near Somers Garden in St. George’s.

A 22-year-old Pembroke man was shot multiple times about his body. Apparently, he was working in the area at the time he was shot.

The suspects are described as two men on a dark coloured motorcycle without a licence plate. The rider was wearing a white helmet, while the pillion passenger was described as light brown complexioned with a thick mustache, wearing a black helmet and colorful jacket.

Individuals fitting the description of the two suspects were seen leaving St. George’s on a motorcycle and pursued by police. However, officers lost sight of them in the Paynters Road, Harrington Sound area.
