Do you have information that could assist in solving the murder of Taylor Matthew Grier?

Crime Stoppers Bermuda need your help to solve the tragic murder shooting of Taylor Mathew Grier who was tragically gunned down on Court Street, City of Hamilton.

At about 10:00pm on Friday 27th July 2018, police received several emergency 911 calls reporting gunshots outside of Court Street Liquors located on Court Street in the City of Hamilton.

Police and other emergency responders rushed to the scene however, sadly, upon arrival Taylor was found on the sidewalk unresponsive. Not far from him on the sidewalk was another male victim. Taylor was shot several times (twice in the chest and once in his leg). He was rushed to the hospital but unfortunately he was pronounced dead after succumbing to his wounds.

The investigation has learned that two (2) males on a motorcycle cycle rode north on Court Street past the Spinning Wheel Club. As the motorcycle rode by they focussed on a few people who had gathered near Court Street Liquors, among the group was Taylor. The passenger of the motorcycle pulled a gun and opened fire in Taylor’s direction at close range and with no regard for anyone else’s presence in that area. After the shooting, the cycle riders sped off northward on Court Street and then east onto Angle Street. They were not seen again.

Please help Crime Stoppers with any information you have concerning this terrible shooting murder that has heartbreakingly taken a beloved father from his daughter, an only son from his mother, and a beloved individual from his family. Taylor’s family remains heartbroken over the murder shooting of Taylor, which has yielded little results thus far. Despite current police efforts to solve this crime to this point, much more information is needed to help this investigation reach its ultimate aim, to catch Taylor’s killers and bring them (and anyone else who may have been involved) to justice.
